Paladin macros

Paladins are warriors who have dedicated themselves to the pursuit of divine justice. They are able to heal wounds, cure diseases, and dispel evil using the power of the Light. They are also skilled in melee combat, able to deal damage to their enemies with their holy weapons. Paladins are the ideal class for players who enjoy a supportive and defensive role that can also deal damage.

16 macros

  • #showtooltip Blessing of Freedom
    /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][@player] Blessing of Freedom

Frees a hovered ally from snares without a target swap. The same pattern works for Blessing of Protection and Blessing of Sacrifice.

  • #showtooltip Divine Shield
    /cast Divine Shield
    /stopcasting
    /use [@player] Heavy Runecloth Bandage

Casts Divine Shield and starts a bandage on yourself. The bubble stops anything interrupting the bandage, which makes it a full heal for no mana at all.

  • /cancelaura Blessing of Protection

Removes Blessing of Protection from yourself. The bubble blocks physical attacks in both directions, so you cannot swing a weapon until it is gone.

  • /cancelaura Divine Shield
    /cancelaura Blessing of Protection

Drops Divine Shield and Blessing of Protection together. Bubbling to clear a debuff and then cancelling it immediately is a core Paladin trick.

  • #showtooltip Cleanse
    /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][@player] Cleanse

Dispels poison, disease and magic from whoever your cursor is over, defaulting to yourself. Paladins are the only class that can remove all three.

  • #showtooltip Consecration
    /cast [mod:shift] Consecration(Rank 1); Consecration(Rank 2)

Casts Rank 2 Consecration normally and Rank 1 while Shift is held. Lower ranks cost far less mana and still break stealth, which is usually all you want it for.

  • #showtooltip Hammer of Justice
    /stopcasting
    /cast Hammer of Justice

Stops whatever you are casting and stuns immediately. A stun that lands half a second late is a stun that did nothing.

  • #showtooltip Holy Light
    /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][@player] Holy Light(Rank 4)

Heals whoever you are hovering, defaulting to yourself, at Rank 4. Downranked Holy Light is the most mana-efficient heal a vanilla Paladin has.

  • #showtooltip Holy Light
/cast [help] Holy Light; [@Playername] Holy Light

Heals a friendly target if you have one, otherwise the player named in the macro. Replace the name with your assigned tank so the key always has somewhere to go.

  • #showtooltip Judgement
    /cast Judgement
    /stopcasting
    /cast Seal of the Crusader

Judges your current Seal and immediately puts it back up. Judgement consumes the Seal, so recasting it is always the next thing you do — replace the Seal name with the one you use.

  • #showtooltip Lay on Hands
    /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][@player] Lay on Hands

Full-heals a hovered ally. A once-per-fight button that has to land on the right person immediately, which is exactly what mouseover is for.

  • #showtooltip
/castsequence reset=30 Seal of Command, Judgement

Puts up Seal of Command and judges it on the next press. Every Seal follows this pattern, so the same macro works for all of them.

Other WoW Classic classes

Every class shares the same macro syntax, so a good idea usually ports across.
