Uses a survivability cooldown and tells the healers, so they know they have a window where they can hold their own cooldowns and save power.

Where to paste this

Open the EQ2 menu, choose Macros, and click New Macro.
Name it and pick an icon — the icon is what appears on your hotbar.
Drag an ability from your knowledge book into a step, or click Command and type one.
Add further steps for chat, targeting or pet orders with the Add Step button.
Drag the finished macro from the Macro window onto a hotbar slot.

Assist the Main Tank
