Camps straight to a named character rather than going back through the select screen. A real time saver for anyone running crafting alts.

Where to paste this

Open the EQ2 menu, choose Macros, and click New Macro.
Name it and pick an icon — the icon is what appears on your hotbar.
Drag an ability from your knowledge book into a step, or click Command and type one.
Add further steps for chat, targeting or pet orders with the Add Step button.
Drag the finished macro from the Macro window onto a hotbar slot.

Posts to your group with /g or the whole raid with /r. Raid leaders live in /r, and pairing a call-out with the ability it describes is the most useful macro pattern in the game.
Narrow Targeting

target_narrow matches a partial name and picks the nearest match, which is far more reliable than plain /target in a room full of similarly named trash.

The rule that shapes every EQ2 macro: there is no wait command, so a second ability on the next step simply never fires. Pair one ability with as many chat, target and pet commands as you like.
