Paladin macros

Paladins are righteous warriors, using their faith in the Light to protect their allies, smite their enemies, and uphold justice.

20 macros

  • #showtooltip Blessing of Freedom
    /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][help][@player] Blessing of Freedom

Frees whoever you are hovering from snares and roots, falling back to your target and then to yourself. Freedom is time-critical and rarely needed on your current target.

  • #showtooltip Blessing of Protection
    /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][help][@player] Blessing of Protection

Drops the physical immunity on a hovered ally. Because it also stops them attacking, being able to aim it precisely at the person who actually needs saving matters.

  • #showtooltip Blessing of Sacrifice
    /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][help] Blessing of Sacrifice

Takes a share of a hovered ally's damage. Usually thrown on the tank the moment a big hit is incoming, which you want to do without dropping whoever you are healing.

  • #showtooltip
/cast [known:Blessing of Spellwarding,@party1] Blessing of Spellwarding; [@party1] Blessing of Protection

Casts Spellwarding on the first player in your party frames, falling back to Blessing of Protection if you have not talented it. Handy in arena where you know exactly who needs it.

  • /cancelaura Blessing of Freedom

Drops Freedom off yourself. Against Mages who want to steal it, removing the buff before they can take it denies them a free escape.

  • /cancelaura Blessing of Protection

Removes Protection from yourself so you can attack again. The immunity blocks your own physical damage too, which is rarely what you want once the danger has passed.

  • #showtooltip Cleanse
    /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][help][@player] Cleanse

Dispels whoever your cursor is over. Holy Paladins get Cleanse and everyone else gets Cleanse Toxins — swap the name to match your specialisation.

  • #showtooltip Consecration
    /cast [@player] Consecration

Drops Consecration under you with no confirmation click. Protection Paladins want to be standing in it at all times, so this is pressed constantly.

  • #showtooltip Crusader Strike
    /startattack
    /cast Crusader Strike

Casts Crusader Strike and guarantees your auto-attack is running. Auto attacks silently switching off after a knockback is a real and easily-missed damage loss.

  • #showtooltip Divine Toll
    /cast Avenging Wrath
    /cast Divine Toll
    /use 13

Fires Avenging Wrath and Divine Toll together with your first trinket. Lining up your burst on one key means you never open a window with half of it missing.

  • #showtooltip Final Reckoning
    /cast [@cursor] Final Reckoning

Places Final Reckoning at your cursor instantly, so your burst window starts on the pack rather than a click late.

  • #showtooltip Flash of Light
    /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][help][@player] Flash of Light

Your fast heal pointed with the cursor. Falls back to your target and then to yourself so the key is never wasted.

Every class shares the same macro syntax, so a good idea usually ports across.
