Disrupt (Focus Interrupt)
Interrupts your focus if it is alive and hostile, otherwise your current target. Disrupt has a short enough cooldown that you want it pointed at the right caster every time rather than most of the time.

- Type /macro (or press Esc → Macros) to open the macro window.
- Choose "General Macros" to share the macro across all characters, or "<Character> Specific Macros" to keep it on one character.
- Click New, pick an icon — the "?" icon plus #showtooltip makes the button mirror whatever spell it will cast — and name the macro.
- Paste the macro body into the text area, then drag the macro icon onto an action bar.
- Bind the action bar slot to a key as usual; the macro fires on key press.
