Reads a bind file back in. Keep one file per character role — a tank layout and a damage layout — and swap between them with two key presses.

Where to paste this

Press Enter, then type your command starting with a slash.
Bind a key with /bind <key> "<command>" — for example /bind h "+PowerTrayExec 0".
Chain commands with the $$ separator: /bind t "say Pulling!$$+PowerTrayExec 3".
Save your whole keymap with /bind_save_file mykeys.txt and reload it later with /bind_load_file mykeys.txt.
Use /unbind <key> to release a key, or /bind_load_file_silent to reload without chat spam.

Bind a Command to a Key

The core of the whole system. /bind attaches a command to a key; the command goes in quotes. Anything you can type into chat, and every internal engine command, can be bound this way.
Call It Out and Cast It

```
Chains a party message onto a power so your group sees the call the instant the ability goes out. Tanks use it for pulls, healers for emergency cooldowns.
Chain Two Powers on One Key

The $$ separator runs commands one after another. Each power still respects its own cooldown and animation, so a chain fires the first ability that is actually ready rather than both at once.
Create a Named Alias

Wraps a long command chain behind a short name, which you can then bind to a key or type directly. Aliases keep bind lines readable once the chains get long.
Enable the Combat Log

```
Turns on the combat log that external parsers read. Neverwinter damage meters all work by reading this file, so nothing shows up until you switch it on.
Fire a Power from the Tray

```
PowerTrayExec triggers a power by tray and slot, both counted from zero. Because it names the slot rather than the power, the same bind keeps working after you swap loadouts.
Hold a Power Down

/bind h "+PowerTrayExec 4"
```
Prefixing the command with + makes it behave like a held key rather than a tap, which is what channelled and charged powers need. Without the plus, a charged power fires at minimum strength.
Jump Straight to Character Select

```
Skips the menu path back to the character screen. Alt-heavy players bind this and shave a few seconds off every single swap.
